Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst - Rochester

Location: Rochester, Kent

Salary: £39,000 - £43,000 (depending on experience)

Contract: Permanent | Full-time

A well-established and UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to support a busy and growing workload across Rochester and the wider South East region. This is an excellent opportunity for a dual-qualified professional seeking strong earning potential, structured work, and long-term stability.

This role offers a balanced mix of surveying and analytical duties across a variety of commercial, domestic, and public sector sites.

The Role

Carrying out Management and Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys

Undertaking air monitoring, including 4-stage clearances and reoccupation certification

Conducting bulk sampling and ensuring compliance with procedures

Producing accurate, compliant reports in line with HSG264 and HSG248

Managing workload effectively across multiple sites

Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams

Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality control

About You

BOHS P402, P403 & P404 (essential)

Full UK driving licence

Experience working in a dual Surveyor / Analyst role

Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation and compliance

Professional, organised, and reliable

Strong communication skills
