Role Overview

They are seeking a dual-skilled Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to join their Manchester team. This role offers a balanced mix of site surveying, air monitoring and analytical duties across domestic, commercial and industrial sites. You'll play a key part in maintaining compliance, ensuring safety, and upholding the company's high technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

*

Conduct Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys (HSG264)

*

Undertake air monitoring, 4-stage clearances, smoke tests, leak tests and reassurance sampling

*

Produce accurate and timely reports for both surveying and analytical work

*

Liaise with clients, contractors and internal teams professionally

*

Maintain high standards of quality, safety and compliance

*

Keep up to date with legislation, HSE guidance and UKAS procedures

Requirements:

*

BOHS P402, P403 and P404 (or equivalents)

*

Experience with both surveying and analytical duties within a UKAS-accredited environment

*

Strong communication and reporting skills

*

Good technical knowledge of asbestos regulations

*

Full UK driving licence
