Role Overview

They are now seeking a skilled Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to join their East Kilbride team. This dual-role position involves both site-based asbestos surveying and air monitoring duties across domestic, commercial and industrial sites, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys (HSG264 compliant)

*

Perform air monitoring, 4-stage clearances, leak testing, smoke testing and reassurance sampling

*

Produce accurate, detailed survey and analytical reports

*

Communicate professionally with clients, contractors and internal colleagues

*

Ensure all work meets current legislation, HSE guidance and UKAS procedures

*

Maintain high technical standards and contribute to ongoing team development

Requirements:

*

BOHS P402, P403 and P404 (or equivalent qualifications)

*

Proven experience in both asbestos surveying and analytical work within a UKAS-accredited organisation

*

Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance requirements

*

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

*

Full UK driving licence
