Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst (Dual) - Manchester

Location: Field Based, Manchester

Salary: £36,000

Contract: Permanent | Full-time

A long-established national hazardous materials consultancy is looking to recruit a dual-trained Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to support projects across Manchester and the wider North West.

The Role

*

Delivering Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264

*

Completing asbestos-in-the-ground surveys where required

*

Undertaking air monitoring, reassurance testing, and fibre counting

*

Carrying out four-stage clearances

*

Working across commercial, industrial, and public sector sites

*

Producing accurate, compliant, and defensible reports

*

Operating in line with HSG248 and HSG264 at all times

Requirements

*

BOHS P402, P403 & P404 (or recognised equivalents)

*

Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and guidance

*

Confident working independently on site

*

Professional approach with clients and contractors

*

Full UK driving licence
