Key Responsibilities
*
Undertaking Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in accordance with HSG264
*
Working across a range of commercial and mixed-use properties
*
Producing clear, accurate, and compliant asbestos survey reports
*
Communicating effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
*
Ensuring all surveys meet current legislation and internal quality standards
Candidate Requirements
*
BOHS P402 (or equivalent qualification)
*
Proven experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor
*
Strong working knowledge of asbestos regulations and best practice
*
Ability to plan and manage workloads independently
*
Full UK driving licence
