Role Overview

They are now seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join their team in Basildon, Essex. You will be responsible for identifying and assessing asbestos-containing materials across various sites, ensuring full compliance with regulations and best practice. Accuracy, professionalism and strong communication skills are essential to uphold the company's long-standing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264

*

Identify and assess ACMs accurately and efficiently

*

Produce clear, detailed and compliant survey reports

*

Communicate effectively with clients, contractors and internal teams

*

Manage workloads and meet project deadlines while maintaining high quality

*

Stay up to date with legislation, HSE guidance and industry best practice

Requirements:

*

BOHS P402 (or equivalent)

*

Proven experience within a UKAS-accredited organisation

*

Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation and compliance

*

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

*

Full UK driving licence
