Asbestos Surveyor - London & M25 Corridor

Location: London / M25 Corridor (Essex & Kent based)

Salary: Up to £38,000

Contract: Permanent | Full-time

A well-established, UKAS and ISO-accredited asbestos consultancy is looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to support a growing workload across London and the M25 corridor. With over 30 years in the industry, the business has built a strong reputation for technical quality, consistency, and long-term client relationships across the utilities, public, and private sectors.

This role is suited to a surveyor with strong experience who wants stability, variety, and the backing of an experienced leadership team that understands how to run projects properly.

The Role

*

Delivering Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264

*

Working predominantly across commercial sites, with occasional domestic work

*

Covering London and the M25 corridor

*

Producing clear, accurate, and compliant survey reports

*

Liaising professionally with clients and internal teams

*

Ensuring all work complies with current legislation, HSE guidance, and best practice

Requirements

*

Minimum 5 years' experience as an Asbestos Surveyor

*

BOHS P402 (or equivalent)

*

Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance

*

Confident communicator with strong reporting skills

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Reliable, proactive, and flexible approach to work
