Key Responsibilities

*

Undertaking Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in accordance with HSG264

*

Identifying and assessing asbestos-containing materials across varied site types

*

Producing accurate, compliant, and well-presented survey reports

*

Communicating professionally with clients, contractors, and internal colleagues

*

Managing workloads and project deadlines while maintaining technical standards

*

Ensuring all work complies with current legislation, HSE guidance, and best practice

Candidate Requirements

*

BOHS P402 (or equivalent qualification)

*

Demonstrable experience as an Asbestos Surveyor within a UKAS-accredited consultancy

*

Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation and compliance requirements

*

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

*

Full UK driving licence
