Asbestos Surveyor - North West

Location: Manchester (covering the wider North West)

Salary: £35,000 - £39,000

Contract: Permanent | Full-time

A long-established asbestos consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to cover the North West, with the majority of work across Manchester and Liverpool, and occasional projects in the West Midlands.

You'll be taking over a well-established portfolio of work, with strong continuity, clear scheduling, and solid operational support already in place. The role is entirely commercial, focused on schools, hospitals, and large healthcare facilities, offering consistent, technically engaging projects rather than fragmented site work.

The Role

Delivering Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264

*

Working across education and healthcare environments

*

Producing clear, accurate, and compliant asbestos survey reports

*

Managing your own workload with autonomy and support

*

Ensuring all work complies with current legislation and HSE guidance

Requirements

*

BOHS P402 (or equivalent qualification)

*

Proven experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor

*

Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance

*

Comfortable operating independently in a field-based role

*

Full UK driving licence
