4-day working week with overtime available on Fridays, paid at 1.5x your hourly rate (once 38 hours have been worked in the same week)
190 hours holiday per year, plus all English public and bank holidays -- rising by an extra day after 5 years' service
Christmas shutdown (this year closed 24th December to 3rd January inclusive)
BUPA cash plan
Death in service benefit at 2x annual salary
