An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dedicated leader to join the senior leadership team of a well-regarded SEN secondary school in Acton.

The school supports students aged 11-16 with a range of special educational needs, including autism, moderate to severe learning difficulties, and speech and language needs. Staff are committed to providing a safe, supportive and stimulating environment where every young person can reach their potential.

We are looking for an Assistant Headteacher with a clear commitment to inclusive education, a collaborative leadership style, and the ability to lead on a key area of whole-school improvement. This may include curriculum, behaviour and wellbeing, staff development, or teaching and learning-aligned with your experience and strengths.
