Responsibilities
Process and post purchase ledger invoices using modern tools
Prepare and process weekly payment runs ensuring all necessary internal approvals are obtained.
Oversee the monthly payroll process for the group, managing relationships with external providers and internal stakeholders.
Raise and issue sales invoices for business centre and partnership revenues to ensure consistent cash flow.
Perform comprehensive monthly bank reconciliations across all company accounts.
Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts and detailed financial reports for senior leadership.
As an Assistant Management Accountant, you will:
Provide daily cash reporting directly to the CEO to support strategic decision-making.
Manage employee expense claims, ensuring strict compliance with company policies.
Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve complex payment queries efficiently.
Maintain accurate financial records across cloud-based systems.
Support the year-end audit process by preparing necessary documentation and schedules.
