The Role

You'll play a key part in leading projects and mentoring junior colleagues, while continuing to deliver hands-on planning expertise. Your day-to-day will include:

* Managing a diverse portfolio of planning applications and appeals

* Providing strategic planning advice to clients and project teams

* Building and maintaining strong client relationships

* Overseeing the work of junior planners and contributing to their development

* Supporting business growth and taking an active role in the consultancy's continued expansion

About You

You'll bring:

* Chartered MRTPI status

* Significant experience in a planning consultancy environment

* A strong track record of managing complex planning projects

* Excellent report-writing, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

* A commercial mindset and a proactive, collaborative approach
