Duties for the role of Associate Transport Planner include:
* Lead and deliver a range of planning projects across the UK
* Oversea transport assessments, statements and supporting transport documentation
* Provide technical advice to clients throughout the project lifecycle
* Liaise with local planning authorities and highway authorities
* Mentor more junior team members and contribute to their professional development
Skills and experience for the role of Associate Transport Planner:
* Degree within Transport Planning or another related discipline
* Strong post qualification experience within a UK Transport consultancy
* Strong working knowledge of UK transport planning policy and standards
* Proficient with Junctions 11 and LinSig junction modelling software
* Fantastic report writing and analytical skills
* Experience in a previous role managing junior team members
* Ability to liaise with clients, local authorities and project teams
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Full UK driver's license
