As an Audit + Accounts Semi-Senior you will:

Prepare statutory financial statements for limited companies, partnerships, sole traders, and charity clients in accordance with relevant accounting standards.

Conduct independent examinations for charity clients to be presented directly to Partners for final sign-off.

Assist Managers on-site with the delivery of client audit functions, ensuring assignments are completed accurately, within budget, and on schedule.

Produce draft corporate tax computations, prepare schedules for tax returns, and complete complex VAT returns.

Act as a key point of contact for clients to resolve technical accounting queries, while actively mentoring and assisting in the development of junior team members.

As the successful candidate you will:

Be actively studying towards your ACA, ACCA, or AAT professional qualifications.

Possess solid, demonstrable experience working within a public practice environment across both audit and accounts preparation.

Demonstrate strong technical IT skills with direct familiarity using industry-standard software such as CCH, SAPA, CaseWare, or Alphatax.

Exhibit a highly organized, proactive approach to managing your own workload, with the adaptability to travel to client sites and other regional offices as required.
