Responsibilities

Implement all allocated client audit work, ensuring an effective and efficient team workflow.

Arrange and lead audit planning meetings, acting as the primary point of contact during fieldwork.

Prepare and delegate key audit tasks in line with agreed budgets and performance standards.

Monitor work progress and maintain high levels of communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Research and resolve technical issues, communicating findings upward for complex or high-risk audit areas.

Prepare completion sections, including Going Concern and Key Audit Findings Reports.

Clear manager and RI review points while ensuring audit assistants+rsquo; work meets the required standard.

As an Audit Senior you will:

Supervise and mentor Audit Semi-Seniors and Assistants to support their professional development.

Liaise with Partners and stakeholders across other service lines to manage key client relationships.

Act as a key point of contact for government bodies and external organisations, including HMRC.

Apply learnings from previous audits to continuously improve the efficiency of the audit lifecycle.

Ensure all client hygiene factors, including AML and KYC reviews, are strictly maintained.
