What you’ll be doing as our Auto Electrician:

- Diagnose faults quickly and accurately using electronic diagnostic equipment, ensuring first-time fixes wherever possible.

- Carry out vehicle servicing, electrical repairs, and related maintenance tasks to a high standard.

- Complete all documentation and service reports clearly, accurately, and on time.

- Work collaboratively with colleagues, providing support where needed to get the job done.

- Maintain exceptional levels of customer service, liaising directly with vehicle operators to resolve defects effectively.

What we’re looking for in an Auto Electrician

- Proven experience as an Auto Electrician with strong diagnostic and repair skills.

- Hands-on experience working with HGVs, specialist vehicles, or similar equipment.

- Confident in using diagnostic tools and interpreting technical fault reports.

- Able to communicate effectively with workshop supervisors, engineers, and customers.

- Organised and reliable, with the ability to complete paperwork and reports accurately.

Qualifications & Experience required for the Auto Electrician:

- City & Guilds Levels 1–3 in Auto Electrics (or equivalent qualification).

- Certification to work on 110/240 volt electrical systems (or willingness to train).

- Solid knowledge of workshop Health & Safety requirements.
