The Role

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:

Provide one-to-one and small group support for students requiring additional behavioural guidance

Build positive relationships with students to improve engagement and attendance

*

Support the implementation of behaviour management strategies

*

Work closely with teachers, pastoral teams and parents to support student progress

*

Promote positive attitudes towards learning and personal development

*

Help create a safe, inclusive and supportive school environment

The Ideal Candidate

*

Previous experience working with young people in an educational, youth work or mentoring setting

*

Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills

*

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

*

Calm, resilient and proactive approach

*

Genuine passion for supporting young people to succeed

*

Experience supporting students with SEND or SEMH needs is advantageous
