A supportive and forward-thinking SEMH school in Reading is seeking a resilient and empathetic Behaviour Mentor to join their team. This full-time role is ideal for graduates or experienced support staff who are keen to gain hands-on experience working with children who face emotional, behavioural, and mental health challenges.

As a Behaviour Mentor you will support students aged 11-18, many of whom have experienced trauma, disrupted education, or difficulties with emotional regulation. Working closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff, you will help promote positive behaviour, de-escalate challenging situations, and support students in developing healthy coping strategies within a structured and nurturing environment.

* Role: Behaviour Mentor

* Location: Reading

* Salary: £89-£100 per day

* Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

* Ideal for: Psychology, Criminology, Education, or Counselling graduates
