SEMH Behaviour Mentor - The Role

This school is looking for an experienced SEMH Behaviour Mentor to join their team supporting pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs. For this SEMH Behaviour Mentor role, the school would ideally like someone who has experience working with children or young people who display challenging behaviour.

The successful SEMH Behaviour Mentor will work closely with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups to support behaviour management, emotional regulation, and engagement with learning. You will work alongside teachers and pastoral staff to implement behaviour strategies and build positive relationships with pupils.

This is a permanent position starting ASAP.

SEMH Behaviour Mentor - The School

This is a specialist SEMH school in Hatfield supporting pupils aged between 11-16 who require additional support with behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and engagement in education.
