Are you an experienced Behaviour Mentor looking for an opportunity to make a real impact in a specialist setting? A highly regarded Ofsted-rated Outstanding school in Bletchley is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to support learners with autism and challenging behaviours.
The Role:
* Temporary-to-permanent opportunity with progression routes
* Competitive daily rate of £100-£120
* Supporting learners with social, emotional, and behavioural needs
* Implementing de-escalation strategies and behaviour interventions
* Working closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams
* Contributing to a safe, supportive, and nurturing learning environment within an outstanding specialist setting in Bletchley
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience working as a Behaviour Mentor, Learning Mentor, or within an SEN/SEMH setting
* Strong understanding of behaviour management and de-escalation strategies
* Passion for supporting learners with autism and challenging behaviours
* Resilient, adaptable, and able to build positive, trusting relationships with young people
