Job Title: BIM Lead/ Senior BIM Technician
Location: Pool, Cornwall
Salary: £40-55,000 DOE

The Role
* Lead and develop BIM standards, workflows, and best practice across projects
* Manage BIM coordination and model quality throughout project delivery
* Support project teams with Revit modelling, clash detection and information management
* Produce and review technical drawing packages to a high standard
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients to ensure coordinated project delivery
* Mentor and support junior BIM and technical staff
* Drive continuous improvement in digital design processes and BIM implementation
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with UK standards
The Ideal Candidate
* Experienced BIM Lead, Senior BIM Technician or Senior Architectural Technician with strong BIM expertise
* Advanced proficiency in Revit, with a thorough understanding of BIM processes and standards
* Previous experience coordinating multidisciplinary projects
* Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
* Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
* Ability to lead technical teams while remaining hands-on with project delivery
* Experience across RIBA work stages, particularly technical design, and construction
* A proactive team player with a passion for digital innovation and high-quality project delivery
