£50,000 - £65,000 (DOE) + Car Allowance

Our client is a national building consultancy that provides expert support to professionals across the built environment. Specialising in Building Safety, Environmental Compliance, and Building Control, they are dedicated to ensuring projects progress efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct inspections of buildings under construction or undergoing conversion, ensuring compliance with Building Regulations.

* Review and approve technical plans, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements.

* Proactively manage your own workload to provide timely, helpful, and professional service, with an emphasis on maximising time spent on-site.

* Accurately record inspection findings and communicate relevant feedback to clients and stakeholders.

About you:

* Registered with BSR, minimum Level 2A.

* A member of one of the following professional bodies: MRICS, MCABE, MCIOB.

* Strong understanding of Building Regulations and related legislation.

* Previous experience in site inspections and plan assessments.

* Excellent client engagement skills, technically competent, well-organised, and self-driven.
