Building Fabric Maintenance Engineer
Location: South Wales / Bristol area
Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum (Further achievable with overtime)
Vacancy Type: Requirement to occasionally support out of hours/overtime on top of a scheduled week - as required (ROTA and planned works)
The Role
To support major clients in the commercial/leisure/corporate sectors on reactive and planned maintenance/quoted works.
Skills and Qualifications
* The successful candidate will need to have a bias towards - Plumbing/Carpentry and/or roofing and be considered multi skilled
* Full Driving License
* Have the ability to work with others as part of a team on your own
* Have your own tools (Desirable)
* PASMA/IPAF/CSCS (Desirable)
* Knowledge of client-based app/web systems (Desirable)
