Business Development Manager - Catering Equipment
£30,000 - £38,000 per annum + Bonus & Car
Bristol
We are seeking a driven and confident Business Development Executive to join a leading manufacturer of professional catering equipment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional to play a key role in driving growth and strengthening relationships across our dealer network and with end users.
The Role
* Develop and grow sales within your assigned territory covering the South West, achieving agreed targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and end users.
* Confidently demonstrate equipment both in dealer showrooms and at customer sites.
* Organise and deliver engaging promotional events, demos, and training sessions.
* Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and regional industry events.
* Provide support and training to dealer partners on installation, maintenance, and product use.
* Maintain accurate records of activity in CRM and ensure effective follow-up.
About You
* A proven track record in business development or field sales, ideally within a dealer/distributor network.
* Hospitality industry experience would be highly beneficial but is not essential.
* Confident in delivering live product demonstrations to groups and individuals.
* Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
* Comfortable with regular travel and attending events across the UK.
