Are you a commercially driven professional with a passion for hospitality and a knack for creating strategic partnerships? We're looking for a Business Development Manager to help grow our presence across the Scottish hotel market.
🔍 About the Role
In this field-based role, you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and developing relationships with hotels in London and the South East. Your goal will be to expand market share, drive revenue, and build long-term partnerships that support our business goals.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
* Identify and approach new business opportunities within the hotel sector
* Manage and grow a pipeline of prospective hotel partners across London & SE
* Develop tailored proposals and presentations for hotel clients
* Negotiate and close commercial agreements
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and account management
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
✅ What We're Looking For
* Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in hospitality
* Strong knowledge of the hotel sector in London
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working remotely
* Willingness to travel extensively across London & South East
