Are you a commercially driven professional with a passion for business development and a knack for creating strategic partnerships? We're looking for a Business Development Manager to help grow our presence across key accounts across Hospitality, Education and Public Sector.
🔍 About the Role
In this field-based role, you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and developing relationships with key accounts covering the South East. Your goal will be to expand market share, drive revenue, and build long-term partnerships that support our business goals.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
* Identify and approach new business opportunities across key accounts across Hospitality, Education and Public Sector
* Manage and grow a pipeline of prospective partners across the South East
* Develop tailored proposals and presentations for clients
* Negotiate and close commercial agreements
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and account management
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
✅ What We're Looking For
* Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in hospitality, public sector or education
* Strong knowledge of catering equipment or contract catering
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working remotely
* Willingness to travel extensively across London & South East
