Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Based in Stockport with travel across the North West
Salary: £40,000 per annum + Car Package + Commission
Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.30pm

Join Our Team as a Business Development Manager
Are you a driven, results-focused professional with a passion for growing business and building strong customer relationships? We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our expanding portfolio of workshop services including Compliance Packages, R&M Contracts, SMR, Accident Repair, and Vehicle Refurbishment across multiple sites in the North West sites.
Key Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager:
- Drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and securing long-term contracts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to retain and increase revenue
- Respond to inbound enquiries and proactively generate leads through prospecting and networking
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs
- Regularly report on progress, manage CRM data, and monitor market trends to refine sales strategies
Required Skills and Experience for the Business Development Manager role:
- Proven experience in business development or sales within a service-led, automotive, or commercial vehicle environment
- A proactive, professional approach with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident identifying decision makers, presenting solutions, and closing deals
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of customer requirements
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
