Responsibilities
As a Business Management + Accounts Manager (Music + Entertainment) you will:
Lead the delivery of accounting and business services (ABS), ensuring full compliance with current professional standards and statutory requirements.
Manage end-to-end client relationships across a high-profile portfolio of musicians, entertainers, sports professionals, and their advisers.
Review workflows, tour accounts, VAT returns, and year-end files to ensure absolute accuracy and completeness across all client outputs.
Provide expert technical guidance on complex accounting or compliance matters, including collaborating with royalty consultants and non-UK tax specialists.
Manage, track, and optimize workflows and team metrics using the Karbon platform to drive data reliability and operational efficiency.
Direct financial performance, resource allocation, and peak-period planning to guarantee seamless delivery across the pod.
Lead, mentor, and coach a dedicated team through regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and continuous professional development (CPD) tracking.
Requirements
ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.
Experience working with creative clients, specifically touring musicians.
Experience managing a portfolio of clients.
Experience managing and training a team
