The Role
The successful Business Studies Teacher will:
* Plan and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons across KS4 and KS5
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Monitor, assess and track student progress effectively
* Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all students
* Contribute to the continued success and development of the department
* Support students in achieving their full academic potential
* Participate fully in the wider life of the school
The Ideal Candidate
The successful applicant will have:
* Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
* A degree in Business, Economics or a related subject
* Experience teaching Business Studies at secondary level
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for education
* Excellent classroom management skills
* The ability to motivate and inspire young people
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
