Quantum Scholars are currently working alongside a secondary school in Milton Keynes who are seeking a passionate and dedicated Business Teacher to join their staff from September 2025.

About the Role

The school is looking for a dynamic and committed Business Teacher who can inspire and motivate students across Key Stages 3 and 4. The successful candidate will deliver engaging, challenging, and well-structured lessons that foster a love for learning and prepare students for success in exams and future careers.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality Business Studies lessons across KS3 and KS4

*

Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives

*

Monitor, assess, and report on student progress and attainment

*

Create a supportive and positive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and achievement

*

Contribute to the ongoing development of the Business department, including extracurricular activities and enrichment opportunities

*

Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote best practices in teaching and learning

*

Maintain up-to-date subject knowledge and participate in continuing professional development

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

*

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

*

A degree in Business, Economics, or a related subject

*

Experience teaching Business Studies at secondary school level (preferably including A-Level)

*

A track record of raising student achievement and delivering high-quality outcomes

*

Excellent classroom management and communication skills

*

A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people

*

The ability to inspire, challenge, and support students of all abilities

* Available to start in September 2025
