Position: CACHE Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire
Contract: Temporary, flexible ongoing positions
Pay: £88.94 - £95 per day (paid via PAYE - no umbrella company fees)
Start Date: ASAP or from a start date that suits you
About the Role
As a CACHE Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will support teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, working alongside class teachers to promote a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
You will deliver targeted interventions, assist with small group work, and provide 1:1 support when required, helping pupils achieve their full potential academically and socially.
This role is ideal for candidates looking for flexible supply work with long-term opportunities and the potential to move into permanent roles within Doncaster schools.
Key Responsibilities
* Support teaching and learning across Early Years, KS1 and KS2
* Deliver small group interventions and targeted support
* Assist with classroom organisation, preparation and resources
* Provide 1:1 support where required, including SEN
* Encourage positive behaviour and pupil engagement
* Promote a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment
Candidate Requirements
✔ CACHE Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
✔ Experience working in a UK primary school setting
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔ Ability to work confidently with a variety of learners
✔ Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
