Care Assistant
Location: Oxford
Hourly rate: £13.91 per hour or £14.54 with NVQ2 or equivalent.
Hours: to be agreed

Professional Skills, Knowledge and Experience
* A well-groomed and tidy appearance.
* No formal qualifications are required.
* NVQ Level 2 or equivalent is an advantage.
* Basic IT skills, with the ability to complete the requirements of an electronic Plan of Care system.
* A caring, compassionate and respectful approach to supporting residents.
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team.

All staff are required to respect the confidentiality of all matters they may learn in the course of their employment. All staff are expected to respect and have a working knowledge of GDPR.
Health and Safety
All staff must ensure that they are aware of and fulfil their responsibilities under the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 .
