Adult & Children's Home Care (Nottingham)
£14 per hour | Office & Field-Based | Flexible, Rewarding Role

We're looking for an experienced Care Coordinator to join a trusted, Nottingham-based care provider supporting adults and children across domiciliary and supported living services.
About the Role
As a Care Coordinator, you'll ensure that every care visit meets the highest standards of safety, dignity, and compassion. You'll split your time between the office and the field-conducting quality checks, mentoring care staff, supporting with audits, and making sure care delivery reflects person-centred values and CQC standards.
What You'll Do

Carry out spot checks, audits, and assessments to maintain care excellence.

Support staff with training, supervision, and medication competency.
*
Ensure care plans, risk assessments, and records are accurate and up to date.
*
Promote infection control, safeguarding, and health & safety best practices.
*
Contribute to continuous service improvement and family feedback initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care (minimum)
*
At least 2 years' experience in domiciliary or supported living care
*
Knowledge of CQC standards, audits, and safeguarding
*
A full UK driving licence and access to a car
*
Confident with digital care systems and documentation
*
(Level 3-4 Health & Social Care qualifications and prior care coordination experience are desirable but not essential.)
