Person Specification
* Previous experience as a Home Manager within a large Nursing Home
* Strong understanding of dementia nursing care
* Experience as a Registered Manager with the CQC
* Excellent knowledge of care regulations, health & safety and quality standards
* Skilled in leadership, communication and team development
