Location: Norwich, Norfolk
Salary: £12,117 - £12,528 per annum (20 hours) £21,205 - £21,924 per annum (35 hours) pro rata (SCP3; £24,796 - SCP4; £25,185 FTE per annum)

The Role
They are seeking to appoint a Caretaker for White House Farm Primary School. Their vision is to give everyone the opportunity to flourish academically, socially and emotionally. Hours of work will be in a split shift format as per the job description attached. These hours may be subject to change due to school events.
Skills and Qualifications
* Understands the basic principles of site management
* Is able to carry out premises' inspections and risk assessments
* Has an understanding of Health & Safety regulations and procedures
* Is able to deal with emergencies and problems in a positive and systematic manner
* Take responsibility for the security of the premises, undertaking keyholder responsibilities and is available to answer emergencies outside of regular working hours
* Undertakes an allocated level of cleaning alongside the site cleaners
* Co-ordinate lettings three nights of the week until 8pm
* Has a willingness to take on new challenges and an eagerness to accept responsibility
