Contract : casual

Hours - up to 25 hours per week

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Casual Yard Grooms to join our friendly team at the RAU Equestrian Centre. This is a flexible casual role offering up to 25 hours per week on a rota basis, making it ideal for students looking to gain hands-on equine experience alongside their studies.

If you enjoy working with horses and being part of a busy equestrian environment, this could be a great opportunity for you. You will support the day-to-day running of the yard, including horse care, stable management and maintaining high standards across the site. You will also work closely with staff, students and clients as part of a welcoming and professional team.

We are looking for candidates with confident horse handling skills, a practical and hardworking approach, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Previous equine experience is essential, while BHS qualifications or machinery experience would be an advantage. Training can be provided where needed.

This is an excellent opportunity to earn while developing your experience within a professional equestrian setting at the Royal Agricultural University.
