Graduate Civil Infrastructure Engineer

Are you a Graduate Civil Engineer with around a year of industry experience looking to build your career with a supportive and growing consultancy?
Our client is a well-established civil and structural engineering consultancy based in Dudley, delivering infrastructure solutions across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. As part of our continued growth, we're looking for a motivated Graduate Civil Infrastructure Engineer to join our team.
The Graduate Civil Engineer role:
You'll support the design and delivery of infrastructure projects from initial concept through to construction. Working alongside experienced engineers, your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with highways and drainage design
* Preparing drawings, calculations, and technical reports
* Supporting the delivery of S38, S278, S104, and S106 agreements
* Contributing to flood risk assessments and SuDS design
* Liaising with clients, local authorities, and other consultants
This graduate civil engineer role offers hands-on project exposure and structured development within a collaborative team environment.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
* Holds a degree in Civil Engineering (or similar)
* Has approximately 1 year of experience in civil infrastructure design within a consultancy
* Has some experience using software such as Civil 3D and MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage
* Demonstrates a good understanding of UK design standards and approval processes
* Is enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to work towards professional accreditation (ICE or similar)
