Assist directors with improving internal design processes and operational efficiency.

*

Work collaboratively with colleagues across offices, providing support and technical insight when needed.

About You

*

*

Skilled user of AutoCAD, Site3D, Causeway Flow or similar design software.

*

Strong understanding of adoptable highways and drainage standards including S278, S38 and S104.

*

Commercially aware with the ability to manage budgets and support efficient project delivery.

*

Confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively with clients and project teams.

*

Motivated, proactive and committed to continuous learning and technical development.

*

Working toward chartership or interested in pursuing it.
