* Building strong, trusting relationships with both pupils and staff

About You:

What We Offer:

* A chance to be part of a welcoming and inclusive SEND school in Walsall

* Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant who understands your career goals

* Opportunities for professional development and specialist SEND training

* Valuable experience working with a wide range of additional needs
