A national leader in complex clinical homecare services is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join as a Clinical Nurse Specialist , supporting the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for individuals with complex and life-limiting conditions across the South East of England.

In this role, you will oversee care packages, conduct assessments, and lead clinical training to ensure teams are confident and competent in delivering safe, effective care.

Services support adults, children, and young people with a wide range of needs, including brain and spinal injuries, as well as neurological and degenerative conditions.

Your experience with interventions such as airway management, ventilation, and tube feeding will be key in mentoring others.

This position offers a strong work/life balance, with a Monday-Friday schedule and no weekends or bank holidays.

This role combines time in the Bromley/Croydon office with regular travel to patients' homes across the South East region, allowing you to balance administrative responsibilities with hands-on clinical assessments and observations.

This is a part-time role (22.5h) but full time hours may also be considered.

Person specification :

* NMC registration within a nursing discipline (RN Adult, RN Child, RMN or RNLD)

* UK Driving Licence and personal vehicle

* Previous exposure to complex care / critical care techniques, with competence in the following interventions: airway management, ventilation management, enteral feeding

* Awareness / knowledge of care for spinal and acquired brain injuries and neurological conditions

* Applicants must have the right to work in the UK at the time of application, as this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship
