* A natural empath, with a calm, caring, and supportive approach.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families.

* Committed to safeguarding, inclusion, and empowering students to reach their full potential.

* Relevant qualifications (e.g., TA Level 2/3, Nursing Assistant, Mental Health First Aid) are a bonus.

* Must be able to commute to Kempston.
