Many of our Clinical TAs in the education and training environment have gone on to secure funded training and internal promotions within our clinical department.

Your Role as a Clinical Teaching Assistant

* Work closely with pupils aged 5-18 presenting with SEMH, neurodiversity, and trauma-related behaviours.

* Implement therapeutic strategies under the guidance of the school's clinical and therapeutic team.

* Help develop and deliver tailored behaviour and education plans, promoting independence and well-being.

* Collaborate with staff, families, and external professionals to provide holistic, person-centred support.

What You'll Gain

* Direct experience of clinical practices within an educational setting.

* Structured career progression into our internal Clinical Pathway, following a successful foundation year.

* First-hand experience in a trauma-informed, therapeutic environment - a valuable asset for postgraduate clinical applications.

* As a Clinical Teaching Assistant no two days are the same - and every interaction has an impact.
