You will be joining a business that invests in modern machinery, quality processes and the ongoing development of its people. As a CNC Machinist , you will play a key part in ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently.

Hours: 07:00am to 15:00pm, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hour week

As a CNC Machinist, your responsibilities will include:

Producing precision components to specification using CNC, semi‑CNC and manual machinery

Programming, setting and operating CNC machines to achieve right first time output

Working to production schedules and meeting agreed deadlines

Following Health and Safety and internal quality standards

Identifying and resolving machining issues promptly

Supporting improvements within the machining function

As a CNC Machinist, your experience will include:

At least five years of machining experience within a manufacturing environment

Strong understanding of CNC milling, turning and general machining processes

Ability to interpret engineering drawings accurately

Confident fault finding and problem solving

Strong communication and time management skills

Experience with Hurco or Fanuc controls would be beneficial
