As CNC Miller, your responsibilities will include:
* Operating CNC milling machines and manual/automated lathes
* Producing precision components to exact specifications
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings
* Inspecting your own work to ensure accuracy and consistency
* Supporting setters and programmers to optimise output
* Maintaining a safe and tidy work area
As CNC Miller, your experience will include:
* Previous CNC milling and lathe experience in a manufacturing or engineering setting
* Ability to read and understand technical drawings
* Familiarity with Siemens controls and Edgecam (or similar)
* Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
* Willingness to learn programming or develop existing skills
