As a CNC Trainee, your responsibilities will include:
* Loading brass bar into the CNC bar feeders
* Starting programs under supervision, checking first-off quality before full batch runs
* Monitoring machines throughout the manufacturing process
* Confirming product quality against drawings and specifications
* Carrying out cleaning, safety checks and tooling checks, flagging any issues to the CNC Machinist
As a CNC Trainee, your experience will include:
* No prior CNC experience required, full training given
* Some basic knowledge of CNC machines would be an advantage
* A keen eye for detail and quality
* Willingness to learn and follow instruction from experienced machinists
* Reliability and a good attendance record
