CNC Turner | Ferndown | up to £26 per hour

Are you an experienced CNC Turner looking for a permanent role with flexibility, modern machinery, and a choice of shift patterns? This opportunity offers up to £26 per hour on nights and up to £21 per hour on days, with both four day and five day working options. Whether you are a skilled Setter Operator or an experienced Programmer, your precision and expertise will be highly valued.

As a CNC Turner, you will benefit from:

Permanent role from day one

Choice of day shift (8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to 12:30pm Friday) or night shift (4pm to 2am Monday to Thursday)

Option of a four day or five day working week on days

As a CNC Turner, your responsibilities will include:

Programming, setting, and operating CNC turning machines using Fanuc controls

Producing precision components to tight tolerances

Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical plans

Inspecting components using micrometres, verniers, and other precision measuring tools

Monitoring machine performance and adjusting settings to maintain quality

Following all health and safety procedures

As a CNC Turner, your experience will include:

Proven experience as a CNC Turner, either as a Setter Operator or Programmer

Confident working with Fanuc controls

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

Skilled in using micrometres, verniers, and other measuring tools

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality

A positive, proactive approach and willingness to contribute to a focused engineering team
