We are looking for a Compliance Officer to support the delivery of compliance services across a range of sectors including gas, electrical, fire safety, water hygiene, and M&E.

This is an excellent opportunity for an innovative and customer focused individual with a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a passion for maintaining the highest standards of compliance with exemplary MS Office skills.

The role

As Compliance Officer, you'll work closely with the Compliance Manager to support the day-to-day running of compliance operations. You'll be involved in everything from managing data imports, producing reports, and validating records to support audits whilst liaising with internal teams and contractors. The role is varied, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, improving processes, and working collaboratively.

Key responsibilities include:

* Supporting compliance workstreams across multiple areas, ensuring tasks are accurate and delivered on time

* Producing reports and audit findings with clarity and precision

* Maintaining data integrity and resolving issues quickly and effectively

* Building strong working relationships with colleagues, contractors, and clients

* Promoting best practice and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

* Supporting training and knowledge sharing within the team

* Playing an active role in maintaining a strong safety culture across the business
