As an Ecologist, you will work on a variety of ecological surveys, assessments and reporting projects, supporting clients through planning and environmental compliance requirements. The Ecologist will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contribute to biodiversity initiatives and help deliver high-quality ecological advice across a diverse project portfolio. This Ecologist role offers exposure to exciting infrastructure and development schemes, while providing clear opportunities for growth and advancement.

Requirements:

* Degree in Ecology, Environmental Science, Biology or a related discipline

* Experience undertaking ecological surveys and producing technical reports

* Knowledge of UK ecology legislation and best practice guidance

* Strong communication and organisational skills

* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites

* Full right to work in the UK

* Must live within a commutable distance of the office or be willing to relocate nearby

* GIS experience and relevant protected species licences would be advantageous
