Corporate Finance Manager (move from TS to end to end)

My client is a well established practice firm, who are looking to expand their advisory team. This is a great opportunity for someone who+rsquo;s managed people, loves dealing with clients and wants to gain exposure to larger deals with the support of the Partners.

M+A Leadership

Lead day-to-day execution of buy-side, sell-side, MBO, MBI and fundraising mandates.

Manage full deal lifecycle: scoping, marketing, execution and completion.

Prepare Information Memoranda, valuation materials, financial models and management presentations.

Coordinate buyers, investors, lenders and advisers throughout the process.

Support negotiations on valuation, structure, Heads of Terms and SPA considerations.

Drive momentum, proactively managing timelines and risks.

Financial Analysis + Structuring

Build and review robust financial models, forecasts and valuation analyses.

Assess historic performance, key drivers and forecast assumptions.

Support equity and debt funding structures.

Present clear, commercially focused insights to clients and stakeholders.

Due Diligence + Delivery

Lead both financial and commercial due diligence workstreams.

Act as central contact for clients and external advisers.

Identify and manage risks through to completion, including sources and uses and completion mechanics.

Client + Team Leadership

Build trusted relationships with business owners, investors and lenders.

Support pitch activity and contribute to origination.

Manage and develop junior team members, ensuring high-quality delivery.

Requirements

Strong corporate finance/M+A experience in the UK mid-market.

Proven track record leading transactions across multiple deal types.

Advanced financial modelling and valuation capability.

ACA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent preferred.
